SENIOR SELF-DEFENC AND TAI-CHI EXERCISE CLASS

Shihan School of Survival offers, offers a senior self-defense and tai-chi class on the second Thursday of each month from 11:00am-12:00pm.  The classes use slow, low-impact movements, with deep breathing to promote physical and emotional well-being.
